Jamie is married to Sophie and they have two children Lily and Judah. Jamie is originally from Armagh, Northern Ireland and Sophie from St Albans, Hertfordshire. They met and married at Regents theological college where they both attained a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Applied Theology.

Jamie pastored the Riverside Church, Hoddesdon from May 2010 while Sophie worked as Gymnastics Coach and Administrator, also working with Elim Missions in the past. Jamie and Sophie are passionate about Jesus and His Church, with a particular emphasis on Bible teaching, discipleship, revival, Holy Spirit ministry, leadership development and the Father heart of God.

Jamie writes, "Bill Hybels said 'the local church is the hope of the world' and our desire is to see the Church healthy, growing and reaching out to the lost, last and least. We believe that the Church’s mission is to be Spirit empowered and transforming lives."
