Writing from a prison Paul's shares his deep pastoral desire for the church to rooted in hope in Christ & to present the church to God mature in Christ as he struggles on their behalf so that they would be strengthened in Christ.

Christ Above All - Paul's letter to the Colossians - Colossians 1:15-23.

We continue our Christ Above All series. Paul writes to remind the church — and us —  that Jesus is supreme over all creation, the head of the Church, and the fullness of God  revealed to us. Throughout this letter, we will explore powerful themes of Christ’s  authority, the new life we are called to live in Him, the warning against empty  philosophies, and the call to spiritual maturity. Together, we’ll discover how a clear  vision of Jesus at the centre of everything reshapes our faith, our relationships, and  our daily lives.

Christ Centred Church - Colossians 1:1-14 Join us as we begin a brand new teaching series, Christ Above All, exploring Paul's powerful letter to the Colossians. In this opening message, we explore Paul's praise to God for their salvation, reflecting on our worship, and his prayer for them to live in a way that pleases God, reflecting on how we live before Him.

In this final message of our series, we journey with two disciples on the road to Emmaus and discover what it means to walk with Jesus. As the risen Christ draws near, hidden from their recognition, He unfolds the truth of Scripture and reveals Himself in the breaking of bread. This powerful encounter reminds us that faith is more than facts—it's a divine revelation. As we open the Word and gather at His table, our eyes are opened, our hearts are stirred, and we're reminded that Jesus walks with us still. 
 

We started a new series titled 'From Darkness To Dawn' as we move towards Easter. We begin this series on Jesus last night with the disciples, as they share passover together. And explore the backdrop of passover that sets the scene for the events of Jesus death & resurrection that are about to happen.

Jamie concludes our 'delighting in God' series as he speaks on 'knowing the Holy Spirit.' We explore the role of the Holy Spirit in our relationship with God. That Holy Spirit is not just a force but a person— who comes to us and through whom we fellowship with God. And we explore His work as He continues the ministry and mission of Jesus.

Jamie explains from Scripture (especially Colossians 1:15-20) how Jesus is God and that all things were created by Him. We have been adopted into God's family (Galatians 4:4-7) and the Spirit of God in our hearts causes us to cry "Abba Father". Jesus understand us as explained in Hebrews 4:14-16. 

We continue our 'Delighting in God' series as we explore 'God the Father'. Mike explains from Scripture how a better understanding of 'God the Father' can change us and uses the example of Saul (Paul) - see Galatians 1 v 13-14, Acts 8 v 1-3, Ephesians 4 v 4-6, Ephesians 1 v 3, Galatians 4 v 4-7, 1 Timothy 1 v 15-17.

We continue our 'Delighting in God' series as we explore the work of the Trinity, inseparably and in perfect unity. In salvation, the Father chooses and adopts us, the Son redeems and unites us to God, and the Spirit seals and empowers us. This is not just theology; it's the foundation of our relationship with God. Through Christ, we are invited into the fellowship of the Trinity. Understanding this transforms how we pray, worship, and live.

We continue our 'Delighting In God' series with "YHWH, God in Trinity" exploring the revelation of God as a Trinity—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Jamie emphasises that God's nature as a Trinity is not a theological problem to solve but a reality to delight in, reflecting His eternal relational love and how understanding the Trinity shapes Christian worship, the gospel, discipleship, and daily life, calling believers to live in the fullness of their identity as people who bear the name of the True God.
