Our Mission
We believe the Church exists to "Glorify Jesus and Transform Lives." This statement underpins everything at Elim Crawley. We are about declaring & displaying the magnificence of Jesus and helping people live lives of worship in awe of Him. And declaring and demonstrating the Good News of Jesus life, death & resurrection that transforms lives by making us new creations in Him. We want to make Jesus known.
Our Vision: The Church I See
The Church I see is a church that glorifies Jesus, by being gospel-rooted, Bible centred and Spirit-filled people who make disciples, as a loving family and diverse community who develop leaders, are kingdom minded and influence Crawley and beyond.
The visionary values of glorifying Jesus, gospel-rooted, Bible centred, Spirit-filled, make disciples, a loving family, diverse community, develop leader, kingdom-minded and influence Crawley & beyond; are values we believe mark the New Testament Church and we are seeking to growing. They are values of worship, discipleship and mission that shape the Church.
The Church
Jesus left a church to continue His ministry and mission on the earth. The word, Church, means an assembly or gathering of a particular people. For us, it is the gathering together of people who love & worship Jesus. So Church is family, it is a place for God's people to belong. To belong so that we grow as His people loving God & our neighbour, as Christ is formed in us through.
And so everything the Church does is about worship, discipleship & mission and being part of Jesus ministry and mission at every stage of life. So, you will find ministries for kids & youth, connect groups, outreach activities such as CAP and community drop inn events.

We would love to connect with you and have a simple process to help you get to know us and us to get to know you. Either fill in a contact form online or in-person on a Sunday morning.
You will receive an initial welcome email from Pastor Jamie, and then one of our connect team will be in touch with you. You will receive an invite to our monthly Sunday Connect, which is a time with some of the leaders from ECC over coffee & doughnuts. This is a time to build relationship & get to know you. We will explain our connect groups, alpha courses and next steps that you can take in your walk with God. We would encourage you to attend several Sunday Connect's to help us get to know you and answer any questions you may have.
